Return/ Refund/ Warranty Policy 

We offer a 30-day return policy (US domestic orders) and a 180-day warranty for all eligible products, ensuring a hassle-free shopping experience. Please read the following terms carefully:

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    - You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your item (for international orders, please initiate the return process within 30 days of delivery and comply with local customs regulations).
    - The item must be in its original condition: unworn/unused, with all original tags, packaging (no damage), and complete accessories (e.g., power adapters, cables, manuals, warranty cards). Missing or damaged accessories may result in rejected returns or deducted fees.
    - You need to provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email, receipt, or order number). 
  2. How to Initiate a Return
    - Contact our customer support at support@fkatechnology.com with your order number, product photos, and reason for return.
    - We will review your request within 1-2 business days. If approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions (note: return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective, malfunctioning, or we shipped the wrong product——we will cover the shipping fee for eligible cases). 
    - Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted or processed.
  3. Damages & Defective Items
    - Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number, clear photos/videos of the issue, and package details.
    - We will verify the issue and provide solutions (free return, replacement, or repair) within 3 business days.
  4. Non-Returnable Items
    The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
    - Products that are unsealed and affect secondary sales (e.g., opened cables, activated docking stations).
    - Customized products (e.g., custom-length cables, special-interface accessories). - Sale items (clearance, discounted products) and gift cards.
    - Hazardous materials (excluding battery-powered accessories that meet shipping standards—contact support for details).
  5. Warranty Service
    In addition to the 30-day return policy, all products come with a 180-day warranty against non-human-caused defects. For warranty claims:
    - Contact support@fkatechnology.com with your order number, product photos/videos of the malfunction, and a detailed description.
    - Some products (e.g., Dell Docking Stations) offer a 90-day return/exchange period + 180-day fault handling—please refer to the product detail page for specific terms (product page terms take precedence over this policy).
  6. Exchanges
    The fastest way to get your desired item is to return the original product first. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item. We do not offer direct exchanges.
  7. Refunds
    - We will inspect the returned item within 3-5 business days of receipt and notify you via email if the refund is approved.
    - Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 1-2 business days. Please allow 3-7 business days for your bank/credit card company to process and post the refund (international refunds may take longer due to cross-border processing).
